Description: Police Officer Cooke was on patrol when his motorcycle was struck from behind by a taxi travelling at a high rate of speed. Officer Cook was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. The driver was arrested and charged with manslaughter, atrocious assault and DUI.
