Description: Attempting an arrest. Shot while attempting to serve a disorderly conduct warrant approximately 30 miles northwest of Pittsburgh in the vicinity of Beaver Falls. Officers were attempting to transport suspect for a mental health evaluation. Corporal Harold G. Rice of the Pennsylvania State Police was wounded in same incident. Suspect was shot and killed by officers.
