Description: Mentally deranged. Officer Carine answered a call of a man acting strange reportedly due to the heat wave the city was experiencing. Officer Carine, who knew the suspect, entered the house and was immediately shot. Two other officers were shot by the suspect who was later ruled insane and committed to the State Mental Hospital.
