Description: Detective Cavill and Detective Larry Green were running after a juvenile for violation of probation. Detective Cavill caught the juvenile, engaged in a physical struggle, then restrained him until Detective Green arrived. After the arrest, Detective Cavill collapsed. He was transported to a local hospital with severe chest pains and shortness of breath. Detective Cavill died 45 minutes later while being treated by doctors.
