Description: Constable Cotant died of a broken neck when his automobile overturned while returning from North Fork on official business. Constable Cotant lost control of the automobile when it came off a short steep hill. As the car started up the opposite hill, the car left the road and turned over. The coroner's jury ruled the death as accidental.
