Description: Ranger Collins was killed in an automobile accident on State Highway 102 while on patrol at Shawnee Twin Lakes. As Ranger Collins was making a turn on to Belcher Road, an 18-wheel gravel truck struck his department vehicle on the passenger side. Ranger Collins was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
