Description: Officer Coyour and a civilian observer were killed in an aircraft accident while conducting an aerial moose telemetry survey. The 1997 Piper Cub which Officer Coyour was piloting had been reported missing. The aircraft was located by a Canadian Government pilot. Two Canadian paramedics parachuted down to the marshy area where the plane was partially submerged, and found both Officer Coyour and the civilian observer had expired in the crash.
