Description: Officer Cudnik and his partner spotted a vehicle with a stolen plate. The chase began at a low speed but ended when the suspects hit a building. One suspect exited the car and fired at the officers. Officer Cudnik was fatally struck four times with a .223 Strum-Ruger Rifle.
