Description: Wildlife Officer Cook drowned while on routine water patrol. Officer Cook took the boat out on Lake Lowery to test the motor which was not working properly. After 15 minutes, Officer Gary Colson found Officer Cook's boat empty and making circles. Officer Cook's body was recovered two days later.
