Description: Patrolman Condon was attacked and shot with his own gun by two suspects who were resisting arrest. Patrolman Condon, who was off-duty, was attempting to arrest the men for disorderly conduct when the suspects attacked him. Patrolman Condon was transported to the hospital where he died of his injuries. The suspects were convicted of second degree murder.
