Description: Sheriff Coor-Pender was shot and killed while on his way to serve an arrest warrant. Sheriff Coor-Pender's teenage son tracked the suspect to the Florida Everglades, arrested him and returned him to Wayne County. The suspect was tried, convicted and executed.
