Description: Senior Special Agent Capano was accidentally shot while off-duty in Nassau County, New York. Agent Capano stopped by the pharmacy to pick up a prescription when a suspect who had just robbed the pharmacy of OxyContin and cash was attempting to flee the scene. As Agent Capano and a retired officer struggled with the robbery suspect, Agent Capano was accidentally shot. An off-duty officer, who was also at the scene, fatally shot the suspect.
