Description: While on patrol, Patrolman Clark and another officer noticed that an electrical wire was down which in turn had affected the local downtown area. Patrolman Clark notified the local power company and reported the damaged wire. Patrolman Clark was killed when the employee of the power company pulled the wire down making contact with Patrolman Clark's billy club. Patrolman Clark was pronounced dead at the scene.
