Description: Other accidental (fall, fire, drowning, explosion, poisoned, train, etc.). Captain Cash died while attempting to save a father and child who were swimming in dangerous Palm Beach waters. Emergency crews determined that since there was no water in Captain Cash's lungs, he died of heart failure while attempting to save the others.
