Description: Officer Crayon was killed after being dragged by a vehicle being operated by a juvenile. Officer Crayon observed a 12-year-old boy operating a vehicle in a parking lot of a convenience store. When the juvenile could not produce a drivers license, he attempted to flee the scene with the officer's arm inside the car. Officer Crayon was able to fire one fatal shot, killing the suspect.
