Description: Constable Campbell was shot as he attempted to quell a free-for-all gunfight near the county fairgrounds. Two people were shot and three others wounded, including Barbourville Patrolman Ralph Tuggle, who survived his injuries. Constable Campbell's assailant was arrested.
