Description: As Agent Clements patrolled the Dunlop, Virginia train yard, he came upon a hobo hiding in a coal car and attempted to arrest him. The suspect resisted and produced a gun. Agent Clements was able to shoot the suspect in the leg but the suspect returned fire, striking Agent Clements four times. Agent Clement's body was then thrown from the moving train. The juvenile later confessed to killing Agent W.A. Smith a week prior to this incident.
