Description: Deputy Jailer Conover was shot when he and another deputy attempted to serve a warrant on a suspect for failure to appear in court. The brother of the suspect told the deputies that they would not leave with his brother and shot Deputy Conover with a 12-guage shotgun. Deputy Conover died from his injuries later that day.
