Description: Lieutenant Curley collapsed while directing traffic around a large truck fire. The smoke around Lieutenant Curley was very condensed and visibility was limited as the toxic fumes covered the immediate area of South Orange Avenue. Firefighters came to his aid and began CPR. Lieutenant Curley was transported to a local hospital where he lost consciousness and died.
