Description: Officer Clark and Patrolman Glen Harris were giving a warning ticket to a motorist parked on the shoulder of East Columbia Avenue when they were struck by a car driven by an intoxicated motorist. Officer Clark later died from the injuries, which included a skull fracture, rib fractures and a lung puncture. Patrolman Harris survived.
