Description: As Sergeant Comisky sat at his desk, Patrolman Patrick Casey approached him, with his weapon drawn. Patrolman Casey had been drinking and was upset that Sergeant Casey had been promoted before he had. Without warning, Patrolman Casey shot Sergeant Comisky in the face, killing him instantly. Patrolman Casey was found guilty of murder and sentenced to life in prison.
