Description: Officer Coffee was called by local restaurant owner because of an intoxicated patron. Officer Coffee asked suspect to leave and return when he was sober. Suspect went home, got a gun and returned to argue with Officer Coffee. When officer tried to arrest suspect, he shot Officer Coffee twice.
