Description: City Marshal Clark was fatally shot while assisting Constable Peter Herbert serve a warrant for the arrest of two brothers. As Marshal Clark entered the building where the brothers were hiding, he was shot in the head. Constable Herbert was shot in the arm but survived his injuries.
