Description: Constable Chastain was shot by the father of a suspect in retaliation for an incident that had occurred earlier that day. Constable Chastain had been called to the train depot to remove a suspect for disorderly conduct. After Constable Chastain removed the suspect from the depot, he was confronted by the father. Later that day, while Constable Chastain was on break, the father located Constable Chastain and fatally shot him.
