Description: Sergeant Crapse was killed in a head-on automobile crash by a drunk driver. Sergeant Crapse had just finished working a traffic control assignment and was on his way home when his department vehicle was struck by a drunk driver who was driving the wrong way. Sergeant Crapse died at the scene. Sergeant Crapse's K-9 partner, Seppe, survived the crash.
