Description: Captain Cudgo, Captain Thomas Cloud and several other members of the Lighthorse tribe went to arrest a man wanted for murder. The suspect began firing at the officers through the cracks of the shack. Captain Cudgo was struck in the abdomen and died an hour later. Captain Cloud was struck in the upper left leg and died two days later.
