Description: Officers Gary Marsden and John Todd stopped a motorist for a suspected traffic violation and Officer Crenshaw pulled in behind them with emergency lights on. A second car operated by a drunk driver struck all four. Officer Crenshaw and his motorcycle were knocked 130 feet by the impact. The driver was charged with manslaughter. Officers Marsden and Todd survived their injuries. Officer Crenshaw died of his injuries sixteen months later.
