Description: City Marshal Cook attempted to arrest Constable George Morrison, an alleged bootlegger, for selling liquor. Constable Morrison resisted arrest and assaulted Marshal Cook. While on the ground, Constable Morrison shot Marshal Cook in the face killing him instantly.
