Description: Officer Caddy suffered a fatal heart attack while conducting a training exercise. Officer Caddy was renewing his duty certification and was conducting a scenario where an intruder violated a restricted area. After securing the suspect, Officer Caddy collapsed to the ground, clutching his heart. Officer Caddy was transported to a local hospital where he died while being prepped for surgery.
