Description: Constable Conger went to a residence to serve a bond forfeiture warrant. As Constable Conger attempted to make the arrest, the man seized the weapon and shot the Constable twice with his own gun. The suspect fled the scene and was not captured. Constable Conger remained bedridden and died six weeks later from his injuries.
