Description: Detective Cochran succumbed to injuries sustained while responding to an emergency call involving a suicidal man. While responding, Detective Cochran's patrol unit hit a patch of ice, left the road and smashed into a concrete barrier. Detective Cochran sustained severe head injures. He was transported to a local hospital where he died the next day of his injuries.
