Description: Sheriff Caldwell answered a call regarding a man who was threatening his family and behaving in an unstable manner. As Sheriff Caldwell knocked on the door of the residence, he was shot and killed. The suspect barricaded himself in the home but was killed by a posse who had surrounded the property.
