Description: Police Officer Clark suffered a heart attack at home after participating in the physical agility test as part of the application for entry into the agency's K9 unit which included a 2 mile walk/run, fence climb and three-phase sand bag lift. That evening, he didn't feel well and lay down to rest. His wife attempted to wake him at approximately 8:40 pm and he was unresponsive. Officer Clark was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
