Description: Detective Chesley was shot and killed in Northwest Baltimore City while off duty. Detective Chesley had just completed his shift and was on his way to visit a friend when he was approached by two or more armed suspects who announced a robbery and shot him several times. Detective Chesley was transferred to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
