Description: Police Officer Carvin collapsed and died of a heart attack as he and Officer Tripp arrested a combative suspect. As Officer Carvin attempted to place the suspect in the jail cell, the suspect kicked him in the chest. Officer Carvin collapsed and was pronounced dead at the scene.
