Description: Deputy U.S. Marshal Corbin, and his brother Posseman Christopher Corbin, went to arrest a suspect for shooting and damaging a postal box, a federal offense. They found the suspect hiding in the barn loft and pulled him down. The suspect's family opened fire on the lawmen, shooting both fatally in the chest. The suspect was arrested and was sentenced to 20 years in prison.
