Description: Reserve Deputy Sheriff Coen was killed in a single-vehicle crash while responding to an officer needs assistance call. Deputy Coen lost control of his patrol vehicle while negotiating a curve, causing his vehicle to leave the roadway. Deputy Coen's vehicle struck several bales of hay and caught fire. Due to his injuries, Deputy Coen was unable to exit his patrol vehicle and died at the scene.
