Description: Game Protector Cramer was fatally shot by a second poacher when he and Game Protector Joseph Allen placed a poacher under arrest for illegally hunting game. Game Protector Allen was also attacked by the poacher and knocked unconscious. The hunting season had ended in Idlewild Woods located in Jamaica, Queens. The poacher was convicted of second degree murder and sentenced to 20 years to life in prison.
