Description: Investigating suspicious persons. Officer Cunliffe saw two men behaving strangely while walking his beat. As he approached the two suspects, one of them opended fire, wounding Officer Cunliffe. Although he was mortally wounded, he managed to fire three shots. The suspects were never caught.
