Description: Patrolman Costello was assisting an ill man when the man suddenly attacked him. The man struck Patrolman Costello several times in the chest. Patrolman Costello suffered a heart attack and collapsed. When paramedics arrived they took Patrolman Costello home where he suffered a second attack and died.
