Description: Trooper Davis was shot while responding to a domestic disturbance in Theresa, New York. The suspect shot and killed his wife at the home and wounded a neighbor. Trooper Davis arrived on the scene and was shot once during the incident. Trooper Davis was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. The suspect was arrested and charged with first and second degree murder.
