Description: Deputy Constable Diebold suffered a fatal heart attack following a mandatory S.W.A.T. team training and weapons qualifications course. Deputy Constable Diebold collapsed and fellow members of the tactical team started CPR. Deputy Constable Diebold was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
