Description: Deputy Sheriff Davis died as a result of injuries sustained in a single-vehicle crash while responding to a call 10 days earlier. Deputy Davis was responding to an armed suspect call when he failed to negotiate a curve which caused his patrol vehicle to leave the roadway and overturn. Deputy Davis was transported to a nearby hospital where he remained until his death on December 11, 2013.
