Description: Officer Donahue was shot while investigating the sounds of gunfire near the Missouri Pacific Depot along with three other officers. The officers came upon a suspicious man hiding in a boxcar. The man began shooting, and then ran, with the officers in pursuit. Officer Donahue also gave chase but collapsed and died of a gunshot wound.
