Description: Agent Dillard was headed north on Hwy 71 when his automobile skidded in a puddle, veered out of control and struck a power pole. Agent Dillard was pinned in the wreckage for an hour and was declared dead on arrival at the hospital. Agent Dillard was on his way to work in a state-owned vehicle and was considered to be on duty.
