Description: Officer DeBolt was on routine motorcycle patrol in Grandview Park when he noticed a vehicle speeding through the park and gave pursuit. Officer DeBolt?s motorcycle began to slide on the loose gravel road and he was unable to regain control. The crash sent Officer DeBolt airborne and he landed on his head. Officer DeBolt was pronounced dead at the scene.
