Description: Deputy Dillon was killed in a car accident while en route to pick up prisoners from New Mexico. Deputy Dillon was westbound on US 82 when his cruiser slid on a curve on the rain-soaked pavement. His cruiser struck another vehicle, then crashed over an embankment. Deputy Dillon was killed on impact.
