Description: Police Officer De Kraai was accidentally shot and killed while participating in the department's weapons training drill. During the training session, Officer De Kraai was accidentally shot in the back with a service revolver loaded with live rounds. Officer De Kraai was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his wound. Friendly fire.
