Description: Chief of Police Duncan died of a heart attack in his sleep after partaking in a foot pursuit earlier in the day in order to prevent a suspect from fleeing the Court House. Chief Duncan ran down three flights of stairs and across the building to the court room. After the event, Chief Duncan complained of feeling ill. Chief Duncan died of a heart attack in his sleep later that evening.
