Description: Correctional Officer V Davis and Correctional Officer V Eligio Garcia were killed in a vehicle crash when the prisoner transport bus Officer Garcia was operating left the roadway due to icy conditions and collided with a passing train. A third officer was also injured in this incident, but survived. The bus was en route to the Rogelio Sanchez State Jail in El Paso from a transfer facility.
